Tax-Exempt Purchasing
Aeros Fans accommodates tax-exempt purchasing for qualifying organizations including government agencies, nonprofits, agricultural operations, and other exempt entities.
Who Qualifies
- Federal, state, and local government agencies
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- Agricultural businesses (in states with agricultural exemptions)
- Resellers with valid resale certificates
- Other organizations with valid state tax exemption certificates
How to Apply
To set up tax-exempt purchasing on your account:
- Contact our accounts team at accounts@aerosfans.com
- Provide your exemption certificate for the state(s) where orders will be shipped
- We will verify your exemption and apply it to your account within 1 business day
- Future orders will automatically have tax removed at checkout
Note: Tax exemption is applied on a per-state basis. If you ship to multiple states, you may need to provide certificates for each state.
