Because many of our products are large or specialized ventilation systems, orders are typically shipped directly from the manufacturer or regional distribution warehouse.

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation and inventory verification.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead time, and order volume.
