Returns

Due to the industrial nature of ventilation equipment and industrial fans, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Many products are shipped directly from manufacturers, and return policies may vary depending on the supplier.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled

  • The product remains in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order ventilation equipment may not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • 15% – 30% restocking fees

  • Return shipping costs

These fees are determined by the manufacturer or supplier.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery

  2. Note any damage on the freight receipt

  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours

We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
